[Clo-devel] Creation of a clo-announce or general announcements closed mailing list?

Hi, The frontpage of the [http://trac.common-lisp.net/clo/wiki/WikiStart Trac wiki for the project] lists a clo-announce mailing list. While I don't see much value in having an announcements list for the project itself, I do see value in having a (limited posters only!) mailing list to do announcements regarding the site, like maintenance, changes, etc. Is this a good or a bad idea?
