I think I found the problem. My trac.ini didn't set smtp_enabled to true so emails weren't sent. After setting smtp_enabled to true, I am getting emails now. I don't recall ever changing that to false. Maybe the update to trac 0.11 changed behavior? Anyway, it seems to be fixed now. Sorry for the trouble! Ray
