Owner/moderator needed for phemlock mailing lists

Hi, The phemlock-*@common-lisp.net mailing lists need a new owner/moderator; the current owner's mail address (gbaumann@common-lisp.net) has disappeared (probably due to lack of a forwarding address). If there are no volunteers, that's no problem. I'll remove the mailing lists (but not the archives): they haven't had traffic since 2014.
