Yes! *Nothing* is going to happen to Subversion repositories. This migration concerns Git repositories for now, but the bigger trend will impact the following VC systems: CVS, darcs, Git, mercurial (but not Subversion) as laid out in this mail: https://mailman.common-lisp.net/pipermail/clo-devel/2015-February/000168.html
