I've set it up once. I think it's kind of ugly. It works, though, and I don't know of any good free alternatives. (cvstrac is quite nice, but it's a bit simplistic compared to Bugzilla. It's a lot simpler to set up, though, so you might want to test it and see if it's good enough.)
