This is the status of cl-curl as I left it with Erik. Executive summary: I no longer have anything to do with it, but he keeps it as an archive for reference purposes.
Thanks, Liam

Hi Erik,
cl-curl is dead. I do not use it, I have not used it in years, I don't know of anyone that uses it. I have copied over /project/cl-curl to /home/lhealy and chgrped the files to "users" to keep an archive only. You can delete /project/cl-curl, the cl-curl group, any mailing lists, in fact any other evidence of it outside of /home/lhealy, and I will delete the entry in cliki when it comes back up.
Sound good?
No need to be this drastic :-) I'm not really too hot about deleting projects from common-lisp.net if the code worked at some point. If you don't want to take responsibility for maintaining the project anymore: that's fine. I can just remove you from the cl-curl group(s) and put cl-curl on the list of orphaned projects. That will remove you from any duties or responsibilities -- yet the code will remain for others to look at and learn from. If someone feels a sudden need to refresh the curl bindings, they can become the maintainer(s).
Does that work for you?
Liam
