I just removed these files and directories: /custom/bin/cron.root.ftp_stats.sh /custom/bin/cron.root.ftp-update.sh /custom/bin/cron.root.chown_ftp_dirs.sh /var/ftp/pub/project/* (there were only the two most recent projects there, I assume created during project creation).
