The username / password combo in my ~/trac-info.txt are not letting me login to the cl-markdown trac.
what should I do?

Hm, in the log file I see there's an error. However, I tried logging in with your information and it worked. Do you mind trying again? Be mindful it uses HTTP authentication so it passes that stuff around without necessarily asking you. Restarting your browser may be useful.
