clog-panel

I have added today clog-panel, it will be the basic building block for work I am doing to offer higher level and easier layouts. The basic panel also offers placement, sizing and borders during creation.

I have also added GEOMETRY a single function that optionally allows setting x y width and height each, for more efficient changes.
