The cmucl lists on cons.org are being bombarded and we had to turn them off and will have to move them to a better defended host in the next hours. They might not be reachable until tomorrow. My own incoming mail is affected because of the wimpy hardware backing both, so contacting me on facebook or G+ might be necessary.
