[cxml-devel] out of synch with cl-ppcre

The code around *convert-char-class-to-hash* in nppcre.lisp fails now since cl-ppcre::convert-char-class-to-hash is no more. I was able to get things to compile by commenting it out. I haven't a clue what that's going to break ...
