[cxml-devel] closure-common fix to work with simple-base-string's

dear list, please find a patch attached that fixes a problem that (subtypep 'simple-base-string '(simple-array character (*))) NIL T therefore string-rod needs to make new simple-array's to keep the rest of the codebase happy. -- attila
