cxml-xpath depends on deleted xpath/test

I mistakenly reported this issue in plexippus-xpath instead: https://github.com/gonzojive/plexippus-xpath/issues/2 I was able to work around this by removing references to xpath/test and xpath-test from cxml-xpath. It appears that the test is no longer a separate asdf component. Ernesto
