Hi,

I saw a question on Stack Overflow[1] Alexandre Rademaker had about handling an inlined DTD in a document and tried to solve the problem with the attached patch (also uploaded[2]).

It seems to me that the output looks fine, but it would both be good if someone could confirm that this solution is okay and merge it if so.
