Cookies often have quoted-strings, as described in <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><a href="http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2109/rfc2109">http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2109/rfc2109</a> .  This patch adds quoted string support to the auxiliary cookie parsing functionality provided by Chunga.<div>
