took a second look at this and turns out "nmake" was not completing correctly... there was an error about not being able to spawn process "rc", and apparently there's some issue about the VS2015 command line not having it in the PATH. So I gave it another try with the VS2017 command line and now it compiles and installs fine. -- --- Fabrice Leal
