Modified Files: Makefile.in system.lisp Log Message: Make eclipse-defsystem define systems for both mk-defsystem and asdf. compile-themes &rest theme-directory-names compile a list of theme with loading the eclipse system one time.

Makefile.in now use compile-themes.
