All presentations will be in English, and English is the language that's usually spoken amongst participants. I think it is fair to assume that everyone who attends will understand and speak English reasonably well.
Second, is there any hotel near the place of the meeting?
Amsterdam has lots of hotels and there certainly are several near the meeting place. We're planning to provide some pointers, but for now you can probably help yourself with Google Maps or something similar.
