I notice the page lists a SWIFT/BIC and IBAN number, but what is the local Dutch account number for a domestic transfer from another Dutch bank? Is it just the numeric portion of the IBAN number?

Yes: the local Dutch account number is 5830593.

Hi Arthur,
I just went to pay for the walking tour and 2 dinners but the chart doesn't show any amount "to pay" for me -- are the dinners and tour included because I am a speaker? (not expecting that, but just checking since there is no amount showing... ;)

That's right. Speakers don't have to pay for tour or dinners at the ECLM.
