It was turned on initially, but I hate these automatic Reply-To headers so I turned it off (after discussing this with Tayssir). If everybody wants it turned on again, just let us know.
The question is what "everybody" means in this context. I prefer having Reply-To in mailing lists as I almost always want to reply to the list, but this is my personal preference. I'd say that it either stays the way the list administrator thinks is best or we do a voting on the list to determine what the overall preference is (and no, I don't think that a voting would make much sense).
If you feel strongly about this issue, please respond to me personally or go here: http://alu.cliki.net/Voting%20Page
If you respond to me, you only need say "replies should go to the list by default" or "replies should go to one person by default".
Personally, I think that when people want to say anything, it tends to be interesting enough to send to entire group, and people can decide to ignore it. Also, through my email clients (Mozmail and Yahoo) it's quite painful for my common case of sending to the group. But I respect if people have strong feelings contrary to mine.
The main culprit is the Mailman interface which doesn't give the option of an individual to configure for her own needs.
