Attached is a patch that implements KOI8-R codepage support in flexi-streams 0.6.6. KOI8-R codepage is traditionally used in russian unix environment. It is described at http://unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MISC/KOI8-R.TXT -- Registered Linux User #124759
