hi, i'm just wondering would it be a good idea for dynamics to behave in a similar way to :pizz - ie not to be displayed on each sequential occurence?
in the example below i don't think the piano marking should be diplayed on the 2nd 3rd and 4th events.
just an idea...

Actually that's been on my todo list for a while :) I was thinking of generalizing it (ie allowing the user to give a list of all marks & text marks that should behave this way--the default list would be the dynamic markings and the pizz/arco marks)
