[iolib-devel] patches to run 32-bit IOLIB on 64-bit machine + fix style-warnings

As the subject says, this adds -m32 or -m64 to the grovelling on x86(-64) machines. --#f Procrastination is great. It gives me a lot more time to do things that I'm never going to do.
