[mcclim-devel] mcclim debugger patch

the following patch fixes the mcclim debugger to work with swank. The condition-references slot is now gone, although there is some remnant of this in the 'compiler-condition and in the condition-extras. I think the right thing to do is to remove the slot from 'debugger-info, BICBW. Thanks, Cyrus
