Yes. The source for Functional Developer is available under the LGPL from the Gwydion Dylan site (http://www.gwydiondylan.org/), including DUIM. It's worth a look I think.
At one point Scott McKay was interested in designing a CL-based port of DUIM. DUIM btw. lacks a few things from CLIM.
