This is a patch that sets up beagle to be loaded as the default backend on OpenMCL. I'm not recommending that it get added to the repo, becuase beagle is definitely not stable yet. However, it's useful for anyone else trying to use beagle in the meantime.
With this patch, (asdf:oos 'asdf:load-op :mcclim) should load beagle by default on OpenMCL.
