MKCL 1.1.8 is now available

MKCL 1.1.8 is now available for general use. It is mostly a large bug fix compilation release but with the peculiarity that it was mainly driven by the need to upgrade bundled ASDF from ASDF 2.26 to ASDF 3.0.3. Now, back to MKCL 1.2.0...

P.S.: Please don't look for MKCL 1.1.7, it never became a release although it came very close. It has been quickly replaced by MKCL 1.1.8 after correction of a critical bug that was quietly present on all MKCL's platforms but severely affected MKCL on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
