Good idea, it it does not clash with other appointments, I'd be glad to come.
- CLOS (not from ELS, but we discussed this possiblity before)
- Software Transactional Memory (from ELS)
Both sound good, the latter one especially since Clojure (which was released as 1.0 recently) uses that approach.
