I am not expert in parenscirt ether, for the first question I use paren-files (https://github.com/gonzojive/paren-files), and make my macros into a asdf system.

I'm new to Common Lisp and ParenScript, so please forgive my questions if they are obvious.
What is the best way to import a file of ParenScript macros so that the macro calls in the file I'm compiling can be properly expanded?
Is there some way to watch a directory for changes to *.lisp files, and automatically compile to *.js files?
