[postmodern-devel] Tiny patch for Allegro Common Lisp

I have tested Postmodern with Allegro Common Lisp 8.1 Experess and found that it trivial-utf8 is not loaded and non-latin charsets do not work. The reason is that ACL doesn't put :unicode in *features*, but puts :ics (International Character Set?). The patch attached fixes that. -- Ivan Boldyrev
