Works for me. The site appears to have a new, cleaner look, so I guess the downtime was due to an upgrade?... Though the site's news doesn't mention this.
You mean the web site? It's working for me right now. Yesterday (about 24 hours ago) there appear to have been some internet disruptions from the solar flare. Might explain occasional failures.
