I just saw David's post about the FLGC, and I'd like to participate :-)

I'm just finishing initial development on the next version of my own Lisp game engine, called Blackthorn [1], and this would be a great opportunity to try it out. The game engine was intended for writing 2D top-down, Zelda-style RPGs, but I'd like to try something fairly different (e.g. a Space Invaders style shooter).

I'll send another email once I have chosen the competition week.
