Below is a patch that will allow you to use SLIME with the LispWorks WIN32 Windows application on the LispWorks Personal Edition for Windows. You won't be able to start LW via an inferior lisp with "M-x slime"; however, you can use a similar approach to what I described in my earlier post regarding ACL for Windows.
