Hello,
I have installed sbcl & slime on 64-bit RH EL 5 (as root). I can run slime fine as root, but not as other users. Here is the transcript of the slime session:
This is SBCL 1.0.14, an implementation of ANSI Common Lisp. More information about SBCL is available at http://www.sbcl.org/.
SBCL is free software, provided as is, with absolutely no warranty. It is mostly in the public domain; some portions are provided under BSD-style licenses. Any clue as to what is not correctly set-up? Should each user have its own version of slime, or is a system wide one ok?
Thank you,
Mirko
