Questions:
Which Lisp versions do you use SLIME with?
Mostly CVS SBCL.
Which Emacs versions?
GNU Emacs 21.3.1
How well does SLIME work for you?
Works great!
What bugs (reproducible or otherwise) or missing features annoy you?
I'm a little annoyed from time to time with buffer splitting for notes, but not so annoyed that I've tried seriously to fix it.
I also wish the REPL would re-send old input if you hit RET while on that input.
Is there some packaging system (e.g. Debian) that you would like to see SLIME 1.0 bundled with? If so, do you know how to coordinate this?
No.
If you said anything negative above then please say something nice here to make us feel good:
SLIME is awesome! I didn't know what I was missing until I started using it. Now I wish all other languages had such a cool Emacs environment for development.
