[patch] Don't load slime-asdf contrib if ASDF is too old

Hello, Loading slime-asdf when ASDF is too old signals an error which will cause a SLIME connection to be aborted. In order to avoid this, the attached patch checks the ASDF version before attempting to load the swank-asdf contrib. Cheers, Luís
