[slime-devel] Problems downloading SLIME

I have tried several times to download SLIME from this web site: http://common-lisp.net/project/slime/ Without success. Keep getting zero header error. How do I access CVS using a terminal. I tried cutting and pasdting the commands on the above html page but did not work. Thanks.
