[slime-devel] slime-inspect doesn't work on presentations any more

The attached patch makes SLIME-INSPECT work on presentations again. The code is a cleanup of the first half of slime-inspect before the split. -- Stelian Ionescu a.k.a. fe[nl]ix Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum videtur.
