I have that trouble as well with files that are Windows native - created only on Windows. It's a Slime quirk I've just been living with because I haven't had the time to dig and figure out what's going on.

I suppose it could very well be. Is there anyone using Win32 that has experienced this problem?
Just convert the file to use the eol convention of your OS, recompile it, and see if the problem persists.
