Hello SLIME developers, In preparation for the imminent SLIME 2.4 release, I've redacted a NEWS entry with what's changed since the move to GitHub. It'd be too much work to go through the ChangeLog down to October 2011, date of the previous release, so I'm hoping I can use your collective memories instead.
