[slime-devel] Trivial patch to hyperspec.el

Hello. I want to have a special function for browsing the hyperspec, instead of the default browse-url (which i have customised differently). AFAICT, this is not possible with the current hyperspec.el, so i just added a new variable common-lisp-hyperspec-browse-url (and used it). The patch is trivial, but i'm attaching it anyway.
