I've just pushed an update to the manual that reflects the new infrastructure changes, updates installation recipes, et-cetera. I added a section "Emacs 23 gotchas" and a section about on-the-fly loading of contribs that describes the pitfalls of doing so. Have a look if it's up to the existing standards (which are pretty high imo). João
