Not even in LispWorks? It should work there, with defun-granularity. Likewise ACL in CVS now.
Works in both ACL (with Helmut's patch) and LW now (might have worked previously in LW, but I was pretty sure it wasn't working at one point) at defun-granularity. Still doesn't work in CLISP.
