Remove some customization variables of questionale use.
* slime.el (slime-when-complete-filename-expand) (slime-space-information-p, slime-display-compilation-output) (sldb-show-location-recenter-arg, slime-recenter-window) (slime-display-buffer-region): Deleted. --- suggests that the variable slime-information-p was removed, but a reference to it remains in contrib/slime-c-p-c.el. I enclose a patch to remove it. My (very) light testing hasn't shown any problems. Applied, thanks!
