I just tried to commit to Slime, which failed like so:
sh: cvs-mailcommit: command not found cvs [commit aborted]: received broken pipe signal
common-lisp.net was moved to a new server or something, and cvs-mailcommit wasn't installed. It should work now (unless I botched up with permissions again).
Also, several messages to slime-devel of the last week are missing.
