[slime-devel] Linux-centric constants in swank-sbcl.lisp

Hello, I had problems with a inferior sbcl process, but this patch seems to fix it. I am running FreeBSD 5-CURRENT, so the constants may not apply to all BSDs. If that is the case -> s/:bsd/:freebsd/. Patch applied. I hope users of other BSD systems upgrade to newer versions of SBCL, so that we don't have to define constants for them. Thank you for the patch. Helmut.
