Hi, I recently (and again, a few minutes ago) updated my slime and it started causing problems. Sometimes in the inspector, I get: error in process filter: byte-code: net-read error: (end-of-file) error in process filter: net-read error: (end-of-file) and slime disconnects: debugger invoked on a SIMPLE-ERROR in thread #<THREAD "auto-flush-thread" {ECA8811}>: #<SB-SYS:FD-STREAM for "a constant string" {EB93141}> is closed. ;; Connection to Emacs lost. ;; [end of file on #<SB-SYS:FD-STREAM for "a constant string" {ECB3801}>] My setup is: uname: Linux 2.6.9-1.667 #1 Tue Nov 2 14:50:10 EST 2004 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux SBCL: 0.9.6.52 I use utf-8 and also do (setq swank::*coding-system* :utf-8-unix) before creating the swank server.
