It will be for some time in the NEW queue and then will appear in debian unstable, until then people can download the packages from http://people.debian.org/~pvaneynd/slime/. If Sean wants to maintain it, he is welcome to do so, and I will gladly sponsor him. I regret having to kidnap the package, but people have been waiting for slime package far too long. Fire at will!
