I think Apache supports adding one additional certificate. To do that you must add the following line:<div><br></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: &#39;Courier New&#39;, Courier, monospace; font-size: 13px; line-height: 14px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; line-height: normal; "><strong style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; ">SSLCACertificateFile</strong> </span>cert_filename</span></div>
