In TBNL we had a contrib repository included with the distribution, but I deemed it too much work (for me) to maintain it together with the main source. We now have this http://common-lisp.net/websvn/listing.php?repname=tbnl&path=%2Fcontrib%2Flsp%2F which currently contains code by Mac Chan.
